Gratitude

I was leaving after tuition class on Sat and as I started down the stairs, my student who was standing by the railings talking to her friend hailed cheerfully to me "Goodbye!" I smiled and waved back.

It has been 3 mths... in fact, just 2 mths in actual teaching! But it really feels good to be sincerely appreciated.

Perhaps this is how God wants me to remember the simple things in life, and to be thankful in small things too!
